If you are not tied to the pressures of the undergraduate lifestyle, here’s plenty of great property to choose from outside Cathays. Nowhere in Cardiff is far away from the centre and you are unlikely to spend more than fifteen minutes travelling by car across own. And public transport and cycle paths in Cardiff are brilliant, so the car-less don’t need to feel stranded if they are further than walking distance from the centre.
